Vinculado ao Departamento de Psicologia Social e do Trabalho, tem por objetivos desenvolver pesquisas, prestar assessoria à comunidade e ampliar oportunidades de estágio para estudantes na área de Psicologia Social e do Trabalho e das Organizações.
Tem desenvolvido pesquisas sobre trabalho informal, desemprego, organizações comunitárias e prestado assessoria visando diagnosticar problemas organizacionais e de gestão de recursos humanos, atividades essas sempre envolvendo a participação de estudantes de graduação em Psicologia.
