The Psychoanalytic method is used with the purpose of developing studies and research &#8211; always maintaining a critical analysis of Psychoanalysis, its theoretical body and practical applicability within the realm of the French Psychoanalysis of Freudian-Lacanian orientation. These projects began in 2010 and are listed below:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Psychoanalysis and the contemporary demands: the psychoanalyst and the public health system*<\/li>\n<li>Psychoanalysis and children: childhood and the current symptoms*<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Academic\/Professional Background<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Professor concluded her Clinical Psychology Master\u2019s Degree in 1986 and her Clinical Psychology Doctoral Degree in 1993 both at Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo. Since 1978, the Professor has held the position of Professor Ph.D at the Department of Clinical Psychology- Psychology Institute &#8211; USP. She is a Associate Professor, scientific supervisor and researcher in both Undergraduate and Post-graduate Programs. In addition, she currently coordinates two research projects and is the leader of a research group named \u201cThe Psychoanalytic Clinic: Body and Language*\/ A Cl\u00ednica Psicanal\u00edtica: Corpo e Linguagem\u201d (CNPq). Area of experience: Clinical Psychology with emphasis on Freudian and Lacanian Psychoanalysis.
