I coordinate the Psychoanalysis and Society Lab* (Laborat\u00f3rio Psican\u00e1lise e Sociedade)- PSC-USP and the Psychoanalysis and Society Lab Clinical Development: Clinical and Institutional Practices*(Aprimoramento Cl\u00ednico Laborat\u00f3rio Psican\u00e1lise e Sociedade: pr\u00e1ticas cl\u00ednicas e institucionais),at the Psychology College -PUC-SP. I seek for psychoanalytic references as to the analysis and intervention in social phenomenas with a focus on the psychoanalytic practices outside the traditional scenario.<\/p>\n<p>We also study the epistemological, philosophical and ethical foundation of the Psychoanalytic Practice. I specifically research matters pertaining children and adolescents. I have worked with the unspoken facts of one\u2019s family and social history along with the implications which such facts in one\u2019s subjectivity. We look into the matters brought about by adolescence (socially vulnerable scenarios, violent urban scenarios) and the subjective effects of misery and social exclusion. In addition, we aim to develop methodological resources for clinical-institutional practices with individuals under these conditions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Academic\/Professional Background<\/strong><br \/>\nUndergraduate Degree in Psychology &#8211; Universidade Cat\u00f3lica de S\u00e3o Paulo (1977); Master\u2019s Degree in Psychology (Clinical Psychology)- Pontif\u00edcia Universidade Cat\u00f3lica de S\u00e3o Paulo (1986); Doctoral Degree in Psychology (Clinical Psychology) &#8211; Pontif\u00edcia Universidade Cat\u00f3lica de S\u00e3o Paulo (1995). The professor currently holds the post of Professor Ph.D at Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Clinical Psychology Programs.<\/p>\n<p>She coordinates the Psychoanalysis and Society Lab (Laborat\u00f3rio Psican\u00e1lise e Sociedade)and the Emigration and Culture Project* (Projeto Migra\u00e7\u00e3o e Cultura) and is an Full Professor at Pontif\u00edcia Universidade Cat\u00f3lica de S\u00e3o Paulo for Undergraduate and Post-Graduate Social Psychology Programs where she coordinates, with the partnership of Professor Ph.D Maria Cristina Vicentin, the Violence, subject and politics Research and Studies Center (Centros de Estudo e Pesquisa &#8220;Viol\u00eancias: sujeito e pol\u00edtica&#8221;).
